A supermarket custodian from Vestal has won a $2,000,000 prize on a New York Lottery instant ticket, Broome County’s first Lottery millionaire of 2011.
Lottery Draw Team Member Gretchen Dizer will present the winner with an over-sized prize check at the Wegmans in Vestal where he purchased his lucky ticket.
The presentation will be at 11AM today (Thursday, March 3rd).
