The Vestal Town Board will discuss a condemned property Monday.
The residential property, at 207 Avelon Drive, was condemned in 2004. Neighbors have asked the town to do something with the property, which includes a modular home, a car port and a shed. They call it an “eyesore.”
Property owner Vickie Angelo says she plans on rehabilitating the property. She is in the process of hiring an architect to design a new plan, which the town requires before any work can be done.
Board members will discuss at their work session, which begins at 6pm at the Town Hall on Route 434.
