On August 5 at 9:05 AM , the Waverly Police Department arrested TAMMY LYNN SWANSBROUGH, age 46 of WILLSEYVILLE, NY, for Felony DWI. SWANSBROUGH has a prior conviction for a DWI in 2017 by the Owego Town Court, making this arrest a felony.
SWANSBROUGH was arrested following a traffic stop on RT 17/ I-86 Waverly, (at Exit 61) following investigation into a reported reckless driver westbound on I- 86.
SWANSBROUGH was also cited for traffic violations for moving from lane unsafely, operating in violation of restrictions’ and consuming an alcohol beverage in a motor vehicle.
She is scheduled to answer the charges in the Village of Waverly NY Justice court on 8/24/2023 at 1:30 PM.
