A Connecticut man has been arrested for DWI twice in one day in Onondaga County.
John Simister, 51, is facing multiple charges, including DWI, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle and failure to comply.
Simister was first pulled over for speeding in the Town of Tully around noon Monday when he was found to have blood alcohol content of .18.
Later that night, Simister was found drinking in his vehicle at the Nice ‘N Easy parking lot in Lafayette.
His blood alcohol content then was .17.
Simister was arraigned in the Town of Lafayette Court and sent to Onondaga County Jail.
