The National Weather Service is continuing its Flood Warning today. The warning covers:
– The Susquehanna River At Vestal affecting Broome and Tioga Counties
– The Susquehanna River At Waverly/Sayre affecting Tioga and Bradford Counties
Minor flooding is predicted. The river is expected to rise above flood stage at about midnight and crest at about 2AM this morning. The water should fall below flood stage this morning.
