The New York State Police and the Corning Police have made two arrests in connection with the death of Clark VanEtten, of Corning.
VanEtten was found dead in his apartment on Saturday morning June 18th.
Arrested were Marland Brooks, 38, of Elmira and Samantha Smith, 28, also of Elmira.
Both are charged with second degree murder.
They will be arraigned in the City of Corning Court with no bail recommended in the matter.
Further information will be forthcoming from the police later today.
