As Hurricane Florence make landfall in North Carolina, the National Hurricane Center forecast calls for the remnants of Florence to pass over the Twin Tiers on Tuesday at about 2PM. The rain expected in our area is currently 1-2 inches with winds no higher than 39 miles per hour. This forecast will no doubt change over the next few days, perhaps significantly. WEBO will continue to follow Florence with an emphasis on its affect on the Twin Tiers.
