The application deadline to submit disaster loan applications to the Small Business Administration is November 30th. Private Non-Profit organizations may apply for physical damage, caused by the severe storms and flooding last August 13th to 15th. Non-Profits located in Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Delaware, Schuyler, Seneca and Tioga counties are eligible to apply: PNP organizations may borrow up to $2 million to repair or replace damaged or destroyed real estate, machinery, equipment, inventory and other business assets. The interest rate is 2.5 percent with terms up to 30 years. The SBA also offers Economic Injury Disaster Loans to help meet working capital needs.
