Jenessa Hoehl, 25, of Sydney has been arrested by the New York State Police and charged with Grand Larceny.
Hoehl’s arrest on Saturday follows an investigation into the theft of personal property at the Norwich Walmart on Route 12.
The incident occurred on Monday, March 21st.
Hoehl is scheduled to appear in the Norwich Town Court on April 7th.
