State Police say Trooper Kevin Dobson died Saturday morning after being struck by a vehicle while on a routine traffic stop.
Dobson was hit on the I-290 Southbound in Tonawanda around 7:30AM.
Police say Dobson was issuing a traffic ticket when he was struck and killed by a passing motorist.
