Jacob Link, 21, of Goshen NY was arrested by State Troopers following an incident where he “mooned” two troopers.
At about 2AM Troopers observed Mr Link pull his pants down in their view and expose his buttocks while he was walking on Bridge St in the City of Oswego.
Link, a SUNY Oswego Student, was released on an Appearance Ticket to appear in the City of Oswego Court on April 21st on a charge of Disorderly Conduct.
