Three people are being accused of shooting and killing a teenager in Potter County, PA. The body of 18 year old Samuel Miller was found in a creek in Summit Township over the weekend. Police say he had been in the water about a week. An autopsy yesterday showed her had died of multiple gunshot wounds. Polic have arrested 19 year old Jonothan Prather of Coudersport, 25 year old Avery Buckingham of Austin and a 15 year old. The adults are being charged with criminal homicide and charges are pending against the minor.
