Police executed a search warrant on an apartment Friday in Cortland. Crack cocaine, heroin, cocaine and synthetic MDMA were found on the premises. Three men were charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, and criminal Nuisance. 36-year-old Kern Daniel, 24-year-old Malcolm Innocent, and 29-year-old Mark McClammy were arrested. All of the suspects were from Cortland, New York. The defendants were arraigned in the City of Cortland Court and remanded to the Cortland County Jail. Bail was set at $250,000 for Daniels, and $100,000 for Innocent and McClammy. The New
