On April 13th, New York State Police arrested Gustavo Vasquez, 20,Yonkers, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th and Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th.
Two passengers, Francisco Vasquez, 19, and Torrin Williams, 20, both of Yonkers, NY, were charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
The arrest resulted following a traffic stop on State Route 17 in the Town of Hancock.
Gustavo Vasquez was arraigned in the Town of Hancock Court and held in the Delaware County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond.
Francisco Vasquez and Mr. Williams were issued Appearance Tickets returnable to the Town of Hancock Court on April 18, 2011.
