The trial of Senator Tom Libous continued yesterday, with the prosecution calling an FBI agent to the stand who personally interviewed Libous at the time he is accused of lying. Special Agent Robert Silveri stated that he interviewed Libous for 20-30 minutes. During that time, Libous stated that he had no recollection of any deals that were made to get his son a job at a law firm. The agent took notes on a pad of paper during the interview, however, there is no video or audio recording, as it is against FBI protocol. The trial will continue on Monday.
