The Town of Sidney declared a State of Emergency in relation to the Fowler Finch Dam.
It includes the inundation area of Wheat Hill Road in the Hamlet of Sidney Center.
There are no emergency orders and no roads are closed.
Delaware County Emergency Services says county engineers and the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation are monitoring the situation and will determine the best corrective action.
