Two Arrested for Welfare Fraud in Delhi

Delaware County Deputies have made two arrests for felony Welfare Fraud.
Jacob Wormuth of Hancock has been charged with Welfare fraud, as well as felony Offering a false instrument for filing.
It is alleged that Jacob received $3,665 in food stamps that he was not entitled to receive.
Jacob is to appear in Delhi Town court on June 28th.
Also arrested was Joy Picozzi of Hancock for Welfare fraud and Offering a false instrument for filing, both felonies.
Picozzi received $3,665 in food stamps that she was not entitled to receive.
She is to appear in Delhi Town court on June 14th.
