Two Rochester men have been accused of robbing a restaurant delivery driver at gunpoint Saturday night.
The victim, who works for the Yummy Garden Chinese restaurant, was robbed as he was making a food delivery.
The men stole money and the food.
Rochester Police Officer Nina Nowack and her K9 partner tracked the take out to a residence and found the men, along with several items that connected them to the robbery, reported to be egg rolls and fired wonton.
The men are now in the Monroe County Jail.
Bail has not been met, apparently the meal service at the jail compares favorably to the Yummy Garden.
