Vehicular Homicide Charges Added in Campbell Crash

Additional charges have been filed against Robert Neally in a DWI crash in which the chief of the Lindley Presho Fire Department died. Neally, from Campbell, New York, has now been charged with Vehicular Homicide in addition to the previously filed charges of DWI and traffic violations. Neally turned left into the path of a motorcycle driven by 65-year-old Terry Hill on Route 415 in Campbell. Bail was set at $25,000. Mr. Hill was pronounced dead at the scene.
