An Addison man has been arrested after he allegedly assaulted another inmate in the Steuben County Jail.
According to police, 28-year-old Richard L. Freeland has been charged with assault in the second degree, a Class D felony, after he allegedly struck another inmate and caused an injury.
The victim was treated by jail medical staff.
