THE TIOGA COUNTY OPEN DOOR MISSION IS REVITALIZING A FORMER CHURCH IN THE HAMLET OF LOCKWOOD. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MARY SOBOL SAYS THE GOAL OF THE REFURBISHMENT IS TO BRING THE BUILDING BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL USE AS A COMMUNITY HUB.
