Tioga County Public Health announces the opening of Tioga Mobile Dental Van at Countryside Community Center, 9 Sheldon Guile Blvd., Owego.The new mobile unit was purchased with several grants from the NYS Office of Community Renewal, Appalachian Regional Commission and the Floyd Hooker Foundation.
