Three teenagers charged in the stabbing Friday of a person on North Cayuga Street in Ithaca went to court Monday.
Two were assigned to the Youth Part of Superior Court; the other will be prosecuted by the Tompkins County District Attorney’s Office. The youths are 13, 15 and 16 years old.
Ithaca Police Chief Vincent P. Monticello said Wednesday in a news release that the victim and perpetrators are known to each other. One of the individuals who was arrested is wanted in another state in connection with a homicide and a rape.
The victim remains hospitalized.
