A juvenile has been charged with arson in connection with the apartment fire in Ithaca last week.
The fire occurred just after 5 p.m. on March 27th at the West Village Apartments near Abbott Lane.
No one was injured in the fire, but the apartment sustained significant damage.
The fire was determined to be arson and Ithaca Police arrested a juvenile on Tuesday. Due to their age, the name was not disclosed.
The juvenile has been charged with felony arson in the first degree. The suspect was arraigned in Tompkins County Court and later released to their guardian.
