A Winter Weather Warning in effect until 10 AM this morning has caused a short list of school closings and delays today. Canton School District, Corning Community College and the Sayre School District is closed today, while Broome Community College is on a 2 hour Delay and the Vestal Campus of Elmira Business Institute will open its offices at 10AM with classes also starting at 10. Most other schools are already closed today for the President’s Day holiday. Banks and government offices are closed, there will be no mail service today.
