Susquehanna Emergency Management Official Charged with Identity Theft

The former director of the Susquehanna County Emergency Management Agency has been charged with identity theft. Robert Thatcher is alleged to have to have used the identity of a former employee to make online purchases with the invoices directed to his emergency management agency. Thatcher left his position in June. He will appear in court next week.
