Due to new flood damage at Hickories Park in Owego, the American Cancer Society Tioga County Relay For Life has been moved to Owego High School this Friday and Saturday. The event will begin at 6:00 pm. The Survivor dinner will take place at the school at 6:45 PM and the Luminary ceremony will be at 10:00 pm.
