Binghamton Detectives are investigating a report of shots fired in the area of Liberty and Munsell Streets. The call came just after 9 p.m. on Monday. Police say they were searching for a dark blue late model Chrysler 300, in which two men supposedly fled. It was last seen headed north on Liberty Street. Police were searching a car matching that description at the end of the street, near the Brandywine Highway. Police say that there were bullet holes in the car.
