A 26 year old Owego woman has been arrested for burglary. Hope Y. Clark is accused of entering a residence through the front window in an attempt to obtain prescription pills. Clark was arraigned in the Town of Owego Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail on $2500 bail. Clark is scheduled to appear again in the Town of Owego Court on June 22nd.
