The City of Binghamton has published the latest list of water accounts facing service shut-off.
The accounts are from Binghamton’s First Ward and Downtown, the latest water billing district whose bills are due.
A total of 183 properties are on this list.
Together, the accounts amount to $130,181.12 in delinquent bills.
The First Ward/Downtown water bills were issued on April 12th and due May 27th.
On June 2nd, the City sent a letter notifying those with delinquent accounts that their accounts would be publicized if they failed to make the necessary payment by June 14th.
Shut-offs for First Ward and Downtown accounts will take place in early July.
