Police arrested four men on drug charges early Monday morning after a traffic stop in the City of Elmira. Police stopped an SUV at around 1:40 am Monday on Clemens Center Parkway after officers witnessed several traffic violations. Police recovered a large quantity of heroin and crack cocaine, along with money, from the vehicle. Under arrest were the driver, 31-year old Asa Stickler and 25 year old Stephen Adams, both of Southport, 27-year old Marquese Cannon of Syracuse, and 33-year old Manuel Rosario of the Bronx, who was also wanted on a state parole violation.
