Police have made a second arrest in a burglary that took place last month at an Elmira convenience store. Police arrested 44-year-old Rodney White of Elmira on Wednesday and charged him with criminal possession of stolen property. Last month, police arrested 40-year-old Donald Smith and charged him with third-degree burglary, criminal mischief, and petit larceny. The incident took place on December 10th at the Western Convenience Mart. Police say the suspects broke into store and stole cigarettes.
