Broome County Sheriff’s Detectives have made an arrest in the robbery of a Manleys Mighty Mart on Downs in December. 19-year old Emmanuel Peterson of Brooklyn was taken into custody. He’s accused of entering the store, displaying a handgun and ordering the clerk to turn over money from the register. Peterson has been charged with first degree robbery; he is currently already in the Broome County Jail on an unrelated Johnson City robbery.
