Tioga County has now made it easier to recycle. There’s no longer any need to sort out your recyclables, as you can you just place them all together in your bin. They will then be picked up in what appears to be a garbage truck, but is in fact a recycling truck, labeled “Recycling” on the side, with no garbage in it.
