The Bradford County Coroner’s Office and Athens Police are working together after a set of human remains were discovered on Friday. Officials say a partial set of human skeletal remains were found in Athens, but have not released the precise location of where the remains were found. The identity of the person is not known at this time, and it remains unclear what happened to them or how long the remains were at the location. Investigators say they are currently working with an anthropologist to help determine some of the unknown information.
