One person is dead following a sanitation truck rollover in Tioga County, Pennsylvania. Just after 9 o’clock Tuesday morning, a truck on Route 14 near Mill Road in Union Township lost control and rolled. Investigators say the driver, 51-year-old Gary Jackson of Roaring Branch, Pennsylvania, was attempting a left hand turn when the truck rolled and he hit a utility pole. He was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators are unsure whether or not Jackson was wearing a seat belt at the time. About 3,000 gallons of sewage spilled from the truck as a result of the crash.
