A house fire in Sidney proved to be fatal Wednesday morning. Around 1:30 AM at 7 Clinton Street in Sidney, a house with multiple tenants living in it caught fire. It’s being reported that 33-year-old David Ruling was found dead at the scene. Four tenants reportedly lived in the home but only three made it out safely. There is a limited amount of details available regarding the incident.
