The New York State Police and Village of Dryden Police have arrested 41-year-old Charles Stillwell Jr., of Dryden for one count of Forgery, one count Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, and one count of Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument as a result of an investigation into the making and using of counterfeit money. Stillwell was arraigned in Dryden Court and remanded to Tompkins County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash/$15,000 bond. He is scheduled to reappear in court on April 1st.
