A local electronics manufacturer has a hole in its building after a hit-and-run early Wednesday morning. At approximately 6:30 AM, a 2000 Ford Expedition ran into the building of VMR Electronics at 100 Eldredge Street in Binghamton. It is not known why the driver steered off course. The Binghamton Police are still investigating.
