Areas across Broome and Tioga County were without power briefly this morning. NYSEG reported more than 2,600 Johnson City residents without power, and at one point, the city and town of Binghamton had nearly 4,000 residents without power. NYSEG now reports that power has been restored to all customers in Broome and Tioga counties.
