A Binghamton University fraternity has been suspended for an alleged hazing incident. University officials say an investigation was launched after receiving a call from a concerned parent of a new member of Delta Chi (pronounced K-eye). During that investigation, they say a second parent called to report that the unknown type of hazing was still occurring. The Delta Chi International Fraternity decided that while the investigation continues, the charter should be suspended indefinitely. University officials added that they agree with the decision and that any type of hazing will not be tolerated by the school.
