A Bradford County man has been charged after trying to solicit a teenager. According to investigators, 34-year-old Douglas Jones of Wyalusing tried to arrange a meeting with a teenage girl. Pennsylvania State Police said there were several inappropriate conversations between the two on both their cell phones and Facebook accounts. Police were able to arrest Jones before any contact was made in person. He has been charged with criminal solicitation and is being held in the Bradford County Jail on $150,000 bail.
