A Binghamton man has been charged after forcing his way into an Owego home on Friday. 28-year-old Heath Woodruff of Brooks Avenue in Binghamton has been charged with assault and criminal trespass according to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office. Woodruff reportedly forced his way into the home and assaulted the complainant. He was arraigned in the Town of Owego Court and sent to the Tioga County Jail in lieu of $500 bail or $1,000 bond.
