Five people are facing charges after the conclusion of a month-long drug investigation. The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, along with the Binghamton Police Community Response Team, executed a search warrant on Tuesday at 12 Westland Court in Binghamton. 50-year-old Joseph Fuzi, 49-year-old Pamela Sarday, 42-year-old Matthew Ford, 23-year-old Matthew Bowman, and 20-year-old Megan Walsh have all been arrested. Fuzi and Sarday had crack cocaine and digital scales. Bowman was found to be in possession of hypodermic needles and a dagger. Ford was arrested on a bench warrant for a prior larceny charge out of the City of Binghamton Court. Bowman and Walsh were both released by police with appearance tickets. Ford was arraigned in court and released, but Fuzi and Sarday were remanded to the Sherrif’s Office Correctional Facility. The Village of Johnson City Police Department also assisted in the investigation.
