A former employee at Lourdes Hospital has been arrested after he allegedly broke in to the medical center this week. On Tuesday, Binghamton Police responded to the hospital for a reported burglary, which happened in a restricted area of the building. On Wednesday, Binghamton Detectives arrested 33-year-old Daniel Villanti and charged him with one count of felony burglary. There is no word yet on why Villanti broke in to his former workplace. He is currently being held in city lock-up and is awaiting arraignment in Binghamton City Court.
