Norwich Police are searching for a woman who was last seen heading from Chenango County to Oneida County while heavy rain and flooding was affecting the area. 51-year-old Krista Kosowsky has been missing since Friday morning. Police said she was supposed to be at work but never arrived. Kosowsky is diabetic, and police don’t think she has medication with her. She was driving a gold 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. Her license plate number is FCX3112. Police are asking that if you spot Kosowsky or her vehicle call Norwich Police at 607-334-1212.
