Binghamton Police have announced an investigation into a home invasion on the city’s West Side. It happened early Monday morning at 129 Helen Street. Officials say it was not a random act and are currently on the lookout for multiple suspects who entered the home. Police say a citizen attempted to tackle one of the suspects but they were able to get away. Reports from neighbors say the suspects left the area in a red car.
