The National Weather Service has cancelled the flood warning for Vestal and Conklin. The Flood Warning for Waverly/Sayre remains in effect until 8 PM Friday. The current river level is at 10 feet. Minor Flooding is said to begin at 11 feet, and the national weather service believes it will reach that level early Thursday morning, according to current predictions.
