A Pennsylvania man has been arrested for drunk driving after State Police say he rolled his car and seriously hurt a passenger. Authorities say the incident happened on State Route 220 in Ulster Township late Saturday night. When they arrived, troopers found a car that had flipped onto its roof. A passenger in the car, 47-year-old Michael Blakeman, had major injuries and had to be pulled out of the car. Blakeman was taken to Robert Packer Hospital. The driver, 68-year-old Theodore Hayes, was arrested for DUI and sent to Bradford County Correctional Facility on $25,000 bail.
