Three Broome County residents were arrested on Tuesday, following a two-month long methamphetamine investigation. The New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, along with the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, conducted searches on two vehicles and a residence in Chenango Bridge as a result of the investigation. They then arrested 32-year-old Brian Russell of Johnson City, 24-year-old Jacob Parr of Johnson City, and 32-year-old Dane Ellis of Chenango Bridge. Russell and Parr were arrested during a vehicle stop on River Road in the Town of Chenango, after a search of the vehicle led to a discovery of a mobile methamphetamine lab. Shortly after, Ellis was stopped on the same road in Chenango, eventually leading to a search of Ellis’ home, where police found multiple components related to the manufacturing of meth. All three men were arraigned in Town of Chenango court and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
